  • Date and time of the transaction

  • Transaction reference code

  • Screenshot of debit alert or bank notification

  • Any additional relevant information

4. Refund Timeline

Once we verify your claim:

  • A refund will be issued within 7 business days of receiving valid proof.

  • Refunds are processed to the original payment method via Flutterwave.

5. Non-Refundable Cases

We do not offer refunds for:

  • Completed and successful in-game purchases.

  • User error (e.g., wrong item selected).

  • Expired promotional offers.

  • Contest entries after the contest deadline has passed.

6. Fraudulent Claims

Submitting false or misleading information may result in:
